Auction Description
This year's benefit auction brings together over 30 artists, curators, and art lovers from The Drawing Center's community to examine why we are drawn to some artworks over others. Each guest curator will present a selection of works on paper by artists they admire.
Works will be on view from Thursday, September 26 through Monday, September 30, and will be available for purchase through a silent auction benefiting The Drawing Center and participating artists. All works are sold FRAMED unless otherwise indicated.
The auction will conclude with a party in our galleries on September 30, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Tickets are available here.

Shipping
Artworks purchased at the auction will be available for pickup at The Drawing Center beginning on October 3, 2024. Wrapping of the artwork is provided.
Please call ahead (212.219.2166 x216) to let us know when you plan to come pick up your work.
Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon request, our staff will provide a list of shippers who deliver to destinations within the United States and overseas.
Terms & Conditions
Winning bidders will be contacted within 5 business days of the close of the auction on September 30, 2024. Cash, checks, wire transfers, and credit cards are accepted as payment for winning bids. All invoices for artwork must be paid in full no later than 30 days after the auction (October 30, 2024) or else the credit card number provided at bidder registration will be charged.
The Drawing Center makes no representation as to the fair market value of artwork available at the auction, and recommends that individuals seek professional advice regarding the tax deductibility of their purchases.
Please note all artwork is purchased “as is” and all sales are final.
