This year's benefit auction and exhibition, "The World Is The Work", brings together artists, curators, and art lovers from The Drawing Center's community. Each guest curator will present a selection of five or more works on paper by artists they admire. Works will be on view at The Drawing Center from October 7 through October 11, and will be available for purchase through a silent auction benefiting The Drawing Center and participating artists. Bidding will begin on September 29 at 12:00 pm ET and end on October 14 at 12:00 pm ET. The Drawing Center rbrickman@drawingcenter.org

Hanna Hur (b. 1985, Toronto) lives and works in New York. Her solo exhibition Annunciation is currently on view at Greene Naftali, New York until October 31. Her work was featured in Made in L.A. 2025 (2025–26) at the Hammer Museum, Los Angeles, and in group exhibitions at the ICA Los Angeles (2026, 2021); CAPC Bordeaux (2024); and the Aspen Art Museum (2022). Recent solo exhibitions have been held at Antenna Space, Shanghai (2026) and Dracula’s Revenge, New York (2024), among others. Her work is held in the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art, New York; Hammer Museum, Los Angeles; and Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles.
